These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iLearnAI website located at ilearnaitech.com and any interest-registration or sign-up forms we provide. By accessing our website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About iLearnAI

iLearnAI LLC ("iLearnAI," "we," "us," or "our") is a New Jersey limited liability company operating an enrichment education center at 1918 Washington Valley Road, Martinsville, NJ 08836. We offer AI, coding, and robotics programs for students from kindergarten through adulthood.

3. Free 7-Day Pass

We offer eligible individuals a complimentary 7-day trial pass ("Free Pass") to attend up to two class sessions in an age-appropriate program. The Free Pass is subject to the following terms:

• One Free Pass per household. Not transferable.
• Valid for individuals who have not previously enrolled in or attended an iLearnAI program.
• Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Availability is subject to class capacity and schedule.
• iLearnAI reserves the right to refuse or revoke a Free Pass at its discretion, including in cases of disruptive behavior, misrepresentation, or capacity constraints.
• No credit card is required to claim a Free Pass. The Free Pass does not create any obligation to enroll.
• iLearnAI reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Free Pass offer at any time without prior notice.

4. Founding Family Discount

We offer a 20% discount on the first semester of tuition to qualifying "founding families" who enroll during our initial enrollment period. This offer is subject to the following conditions:

• The discount applies to the first semester of tuition only and is not renewable or combinable with other offers, unless expressly stated in writing.
• A "founding family" is defined as a family that completes enrollment (including a signed enrollment agreement and deposit or first payment) during the qualifying period specified at the time of enrollment.
• Expressing interest on the waitlist does not automatically qualify a family for the founding family discount. Enrollment must be completed within the qualifying period.
• iLearnAI reserves the right to define, modify, or close the founding family period at its discretion.

5. Waitlist

Submitting an interest form places you on our waitlist. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in any specific program or session. Waitlist members will be contacted in the order received, subject to program availability and class capacity. iLearnAI is not liable for any costs or losses incurred by individuals in anticipation of enrollment that does not occur.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, curriculum descriptions, and branding, is the property of iLearnAI LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or any submitted forms to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of our website or forms
• Collect information about other users or prospective students without authorization
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. iLearnAI makes no representations that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that program descriptions are complete or final at the time of viewing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iLearnAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, reliance on information presented herein, or failure to gain enrollment in any program. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this website shall not exceed $100.

Our website is intended for adults, specifically parents, guardians, and adult learners. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to submit forms or interact with our website independently.
