What we collect

When you ask for our curriculum guides, we collect your email address. When you book or register, we collect the parent or adult learner's name, phone, and email, and for children the first name and grade. We also keep class attendance and project progress.

How we use it

To schedule classes, send reminders, share progress, handle enrollment and billing, and answer your questions. We never sell your information.

Text messages

Texts are optional. If you agree to texts, we send booking and class messages; frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. We do not share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties for marketing.

Class recordings

Online classes are recorded so students can catch up. We share recordings only with enrolled families in your child's group, and we do not post them publicly.

Student work and accounts

Students use the software, cloud accounts and AI tools we provide for class. Student work is never used to train outside AI models, and we don't publish a student's work publicly without a parent's permission.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Children

Booking forms are completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website.

Photos

We share photos of students only with a signed media release from a parent or guardian.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for scheduling, messaging, email, payments, video classes, and the AI tools used in class, and Google for our booking forms and email, only to run our programs. Our About and In person pages show an embedded Google Map, provided by Google.

Your choices

You can ask us to view, correct, or delete your information at any time.
